Baymont By Wyndham Wichita Falls Hotel, Wichita Falls

The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were big and super fantastic thanks to the great housekeeping, but cleanliness issues like a dirty hairbrush and missing washcloths stood out. The service was excellent, very helpful, and cordial, going out of their way for guests. The location was perfect for our plans, right along the main highway, making travel easy, although being close to the elevator was a downside. The dining experience exceeded expectations with great options, though a slight improvement could have been made.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-appointed, though they did get a bit warm and humid at times, possibly due to issues with the air circulation. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I found it was full of smoke, which was disappointing. However, the room was always clean when I came back to rest.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in accommodating our large group of 8. The location was central to my destination and convenient for shopping and dining. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
